Click on the Settings tab, at the top right of any page in the app. Then, click on Upgrade Subscription. For more information or specific demand, please contact us and we’ll do everything for you.

Our Enterprise plans have the option of pre-paying annually. However, if you choose a monthly plan without engagement, you can leave Bluefactory at the end of each month. To cancel your account, contact us by mail to hello@bluefactory.io

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. At any point during your subscription, reach out to us and let us know how we can make it right.
