By default, Bluefactory back up all the Salesforce data & metadata in the Org. However, some things (Objects, customization...) in a Salesforce org aren’t available in through API, and so for Bluefactory backup as we use that API.
Salesforce Objects that are backed up:

- Files (Attachment, MailmergeTemplate, StaticResource, Document)
- Knowledge Base Articles
Salesforce Objects that are NOT fully supported by the API:
